From the creative desk of Somefield – this image just stood out to me…it means so much – you got a duck with slick euro shoes and skinny euro slacks – he’s just chillin’ – saying “Hey, Here I am, Mallard Q. Duck, I’m here, staring right back at ya’ – of course I look nice – this was effortless…I’m a natural” –

And then you have standing to his left – an awkward monster, reminiscent of Michael J Fox as Teen Wolf – out of place…yet wanting or needing to belong, better yet, to fit in – as if he was a stray monster hobbling around the suburbs…and slick Mallard Q. Duck here said “Hey bud…come on…you look a mess – take a shower in my house, get dressed, we’re getting you in school”

Somefield…I know I just ruined the whole story behind the illustration – but great job…

p.s. If anyone can translate “Yarbleck” my story will get a lot better!

Posted on August 8 by Bibi Morvarid to her Flickr.  Our UPS man delivering a package brought us this tiny little gift. He had found a litter of days old abandoned squirrels near our house. Lulu was the only one fighting to stay Alive, out of the three babies.
Btw he’s a boy with a girl’s name.

Update:
Lulu is doing very well, and healthy. Staying warm, eating allot, and growing allot of black hair in just the past 4 days.
